Delivery & Returns Policy
We’ll gladly take returns if the card game(s) are sent back to us within 30 days of the initial purchase and remain in their original condition + plastic wrapping. Please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for all return delivery costs and we’re only able to refund delivery charges if your order was damaged or faulty upon delivery. All refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method.
If there was an issue with the shipping information you provided, or the delivery service was unable to deliver your package it will be sent back to our fulfillment center. Once the package is returned, you’ll have the option to pay for postage to have it shipped back to you or we can arrange a refund. If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days, we’ll go ahead and process the refund automatically 😉
Since import regulations vary on a country-to-country basis, some international orders may be subject to additional charges or fees upon delivery. Customers are responsible for all customs tax and duty payable on their orders.
Single card games are shipped around the world via First Class International mail, where tracking is not required once the shipment leaves the US. The best way to stay updated with your order’s status is to contact your local postal agent/office. As much as we’d love to help, we only have access to the same tracking information that you have in your shipping confirmation email.
Issues With Delivery
Delivery will be fulfilled to the address + recipient provided upon checkout. Our orders are processed immediately and automatically by our fulfillment center, so we’re unable to make any changes to the shipping address, merchandise, or contact information once you've placed an order. Please make sure you’ve entered your correct contact and shipping information, as well as the right card games you wish to purchase, before you finalize and place your order. If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect shipping information, we will be unable to refund any of the original shipping costs.
Express orders are dispatched the same day if the order is placed before 12PM Monday-Friday ,and the following (business) day if placed after 12PM EST. Our fulfillment center chooses the best available delivery option once your order is placed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for loss or damage caused by carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.) after your package has left our fulfillment center. We will do our best to keep you up to date if there are any issues reported with your shipment.
